Returns and Exchanges are permitted within 14 days after receiving your item ONLY for defective items, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be in good condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Must present receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the process of a return, contact us at hello@ynesmeaningfuljewelry.comIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item). After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and/or gift cards.
